About the role
As a Product Manager for InfoTrack Exchange, you would be dedicated to elevating the overall user experience. In this role, you will spearhead the creation of innovative features and products that empower legal professionals to effortlessly achieve their objectives. Collaborating closely with our highly skilled and agile engineering, operations, and marketing teams, you will champion new product initiatives as the company continues to grow.
Translate analysis into actionable user stories, wireframes, and mock-ups
Collaborate with engineers to transform specifications into deliverable products
Foster cross-functional collaboration with various business units to ensure seamless alignment between new products/features and business/customer requirements
Own the prioritization of new products and features, taking full accountability for items pushed to production
Leverage real data and insights to prioritize projects, focusing on those with the greatest impact on the customer experience
Actively gather customer feedback to shape the direction of product development
Conduct market research to keep InfoTrack ahead of the competition
2+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS company
Knowledge of the professional services industry and bonus towards those with a JD or prior law firm experience
Proficiency in system integrations, user experience, and B2C platforms
Track record of creating user stories, flowcharts, wireframes, and mock-ups
Comfortable presenting to internal stakeholders, conducting customer demos, and hosting webinars
Familiarity with the Agile project management methodology, with hands-on experience
Knowledge of scrum, continuous deployment/integration, and Jira is a plus
The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package – you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications.
$83,000 – $104,000 base pay
