Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures customer excellence.
• Lives the company’s values and service standards with regards to customer interaction.
• Adheres to business processes and systems to meet the company’s quality requirements.
• Takes personal accountability for service excellence.
• Adheres to the companies work standards.
Information security
• Understand their role within the organisation from an information security perspective and commit to protecting the organisation’s security information assets.
Finance
• Ensures cost savings and efficiencies in area of accountability.
Self- development
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Prepare personal development plans in conjunction with manager and implement in line with business requirements.
Teamwork
• Collaborate with Technical Management, Business Stakeholders as well as Technical Teams to create a clear vision of our business milestones.
• Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that Support tickets are handled within SLA’s or communicate as early as possible where this will not be possible.
Finance

Product Owner/Project Management
• Work with stakeholders and development teams to translate business requirements into Work Items in Azure
DevOps
• Act as Primary liaison between development team and Business
• Participate in grooming sessions with the Project Manager and Development teams to ensure work items meet the defined definition of ready and where not possible revert to BA and Product Manager to gather addition requirements / detail.
• Work with stakeholders and development teams to translate business requirements into Work Items in AzureDevOps
• Act as Primary liaison between development team and Business
• Participate in grooming sessions with the Project Manager and Development teams to ensure work items meet the defined definition of ready and where not possible revert to BA and Product Manager to gather addition requirements / detail.
• Translate the business requirements received from the BA’s and Product Manager into understandable work items for execution by the development team.
• Work with the Product Manager and Project Manager to keep Work Items up to date and relevant.
• Manage internal stakeholder expectations with regards to the delivery of the product roadmap.
• Manage backlog prioritisation in conjunction with the Product Manager.
• Drive planning sessions to ensure product road map delivery and communicate to internal stakeholders if product road map delivery is in jeopardy and identify solutions to mitigate risks.
• Estimate and plan in conjunction with the head of development, product delivery resource requirements.
• Track and iterate product requirements over the development lifecycle.
Administration and reporting
• Build out self-service reporting and data analytics capability to give visibility of how development is tracking against Business Milestones
Experience:
• Excellent project management skills and previous experience as a Product Owner/Manager, particularly
within an agile software development environment, is favourable.
• A good understanding of the Kanban framework and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge on creating specifications and tickets.
• Good product ownership skills, including managing product backlogs, managing business milestones and
ensuring tickets have relevant level of detail.
• Strong IP on the PaySpace platform highly advantageous.
• Proficient comprehension of developmental terminology (advantageous).
