Product Security Lead

Job Duties:

Architect and develop security solutions during the secure software development lifecycle program or secure lifecycle improvement efforts. Collaborate in high velocity distributed software development organizations. Work on significant modern infrastructure and application development using public cloud primitives. Implement and contribute source code to or wield automated security assurance solutions in public cloud. Build security tools for Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) systems. Configure and automate leading container security and orchestration tools. Adapt to evolving security and business priorities quickly and effectively. Contribute to open-source security projects that are related to public cloud. Translate from compliance and security requirements through product requirements and implementation. Recommend standard solutions for protecting data at rest and in storage, transport, and identity purposes. Build and specify requirements for security automation. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering).

Special Skill Requirements:

(1) AWS; (2) Docker; (3) Kubernetes; (4) Java; (5) SQL; (6) XML; (7) Javascript. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Salary: $160,700.00 – $265,200.00 per annum.
