About The Role

Yuvo is hiring a Program Manager to join our Project Management Office. 

The Program Manager will work to advance key business objectives by managing project timelines/schedules, tracking against project milestones, creating presentations and additional deliverables, and coordinating, communicating, and collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate must be familiar with program/project management principles, thrive in quickly changing environments, leverage organizational tools to accomplish key results, support a culture of clear communication, and be willing to assist in any way needed. 

The Program Manager will report to Yuvo’s Chief Operating Officer.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position for employees based in the United States with minimum required availability from 10:00 a.m. EST to 3:00 p.m. EST.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
  • Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
  • Facilitate meetings, report project outcomes and risks to the appropriate management channels, and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan
  • Build detailed project plans following project management processes, build/provide status reports to relevant stakeholders 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of PMO

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of project management experience
  • Strong understanding of program/project principles and application to government programs and health plans
  • Experience working with ACO, MSO, and value-based care ecosystems
  • Strong proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Problem-solving skills 
  • Strong attention to deadlines 
  • Proven success working with all levels of management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills

We’d Love To See

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • PMP Certification preferred 
  • Experience working in an early-stage startup
  • In-depth knowledge of technology and healthcare terminology
  • Project management experience
  • Excel data analytics and visualization
  • Ideal candidates will be based in the Central or Eastern time zone

Base Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000
