What this job involves –
As a Project & Development (PDS) Project Coordinator, you will support a wide variety of tasks within the project management team. The Project Coordinator should be organized, flexible and able to multi-task.
What is your day to day?
- Support the project management team throughout the project life cycle from Initiate to Close
- Execute financial and administrative aspects of projects, such as budget, commitment, and invoice entries
- Verification of general contractors pay applications and vendor invoices for completeness and adherence to contract terms and conditions
- Provide financial reports and project status information as needed
- Vendor maintenance in compliance with client’s policies
- Vendor aging management
- Manage account project closeouts
- Maintain project documents on internal and client SharePoint sites, in compliance with client and JLL policies
- Single point of contact for systems, training, process, general questions and issue resolution for assigned regions
- Process Improvement
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and invoices
- Demonstrate proficiency in project management technology
- Assist with developing and updating process documentation
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Other responsibilities related to the job as assigned

Estimated total compensation for this position:
55,000.00 – 65,000.00 USD per year
