Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic project manager to join our Central Reservations group, where you’ll join a team of 40+ field professionals who love what they do. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Global Hotel Operational Services team, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role

The project manager for the Central Reservation platform will be responsible for developing a cohesive project management strategy to execute and evolve the project delivery of SynXis and Hyview.

The Project Manager will implement a governance structure to identify viable resources to support consistent deployment across different team functions, focusing on accepting and adopting Hyatt programs or platforms.

With an emphasis on outcome-based success, the leader will support the development of a central project reporting that reflects project milestones, roles & responsibilities, and the status of total project execution.

With a focus on active listening and collaboration, the leader will partner with teams and stakeholders across regions, functions, brands, and teams to drive continuous improvement of project delivery, activation, and adoption.

  • Build and maintain a governance framework that implements consistent delivery of outputs and outcomes across the project.
  • Drives hotel and center-level adoption of solutions and creates consensus and alignment of usage across a complex network of stakeholders, regions, functions, and hotel service levels.
  • Ensure chosen vendors are performing as required. Execute and manage standard vendor performance review meetings and respective processes.
  • Work effectively across functions, regions, operating models, and brands by developing strong working relationships with peers and technical leads to ensure end-to-end management of all business processes relating to implementation and day-to-day use of products to deliver on-property and contact center services.
  • Grow and maintain relationships with GHOS Internal partners to ensure cross-functional alignment.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hospitality experience, with at least three years of experience in a comparable position
  • Strong process management experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with information or items as required
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and with the intellectual ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-moving, and customer-focused environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Hyatt’s core central reservation systems 5+ years
  • Developing training for a global audience of 3+ years

Experience Preferred:

  • College degree preferred or equivalent project management experience on a multi-year project
  • PMP certification or proven project management experiences
