Summary:

As a Proposal Recruiter at Goldbelt, Inc., you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our organization by identifying and recruiting top talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and with the Proposal Lead to understand staffing needs and source candidates who possess the skills, experience, and cultural fit necessary to excel in our dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Collaborate with proposal managers and project leads to understand project requirements, staffing needs, and timelines for proposal submissions
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search). Source and recruit candidates for multiple skillsets and use various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search) and demonstrated ability to handle the high recruiting volume
  • Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks.
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline
  • Maintain candidate databases (e.g., via our Applicant Tracking System)
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
  • The full lifecycle recruiting process for open requisitions includes sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, evaluation, and offers
  • Create unique ways to source candidates, including internet sourcing, social networking, driving employee referrals, and cold-calling 
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships throughout the client business groups and within HR
  • Strive to provide each applicant with a highly positive candidate experience regardless of the outcome
  • Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for various LLCs 
  • Develop search strategies and build target lists of the top talent 

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) 
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
  • Commitment to developing solid relationships with candidates to create a pipeline of candidates
  • Ability to embrace change, learn quickly, and thrive in a dynamic corporate environment
  • Skill in working harmoniously within cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Possesses attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically, both verbally and in writing, with co-workers and with outside agencies, partners, shareholders, and business associates
  • Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to adapt messages and strategies for diverse audiences
  • Basic understanding of relevant software, tools, and systems used in the corporate environment. This includes a proficiency in standard software applications, including Windows and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Four (4) or more years of sourcing and recruiting, preferably in a proposal or project-based environment
  • Five (5) or more years with hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Experience with full lifecycle recruiting, including assisting in prescreening, submitting, interview set up, offer negotiation, and hiring candidates
  • Experience recruiting for cleared professionals
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience working within iCIMS and LinkedIn
  • Previous experience working with Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs) and/or previous exposure to Alaska Native cultures
  • Previous government contracting experience

The salary range for this position is $63,750.00-$85,000.00 annually.
