As a Recruiting Coordinator at Maven, you will have the opportunity to make an enormous impact at a fast-growing, mission-driven startup. This role will be responsible for driving forward the most important key to our success: the talent. We’re looking for someone who’s highly detail-oriented, loves working with people, and is passionate about process.

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Maven, you will:

• Schedule calls, video interviews, and interview debriefs across time zones in a fast-paced environment
• Manage recruiting pipelines, stay in close contact with candidates, and provide updates regarding their application and interview status
• Build high-trust relationships with recruiters and interviewers and maintain timely communication
• Protect recruiting processes while seeking opportunities for improvement
• Deliver stellar candidate experience and build interest by thinking creatively and holistically about how Maven is presented

We’re looking for you to bring:

• 1+ year of relevant recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a startup
• Experience working with Greenhouse applicant tracking system (required) and Google Suite
• Strong time management and prioritization skills with an ability to juggle concurrent urgent tasks
• A high level of organization, attention to detail, and project management
• Care deeply about creating a high-touch, efficient, and positive experience with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers

For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the pay rate for this role is $30 – $38 hourly. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
