Your Responsibilities:

• Present and educate clients on life insurance and supplemental benefits.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with union members.
• Manage and grow your client base using the provided warm leads.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and company standards.

What We Look For:

• Residency Requirement – Must reside in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, or Tennessee.
• No Experience Required – Training is provided; candidates from all backgrounds are welcome.
• Growth Mindset – Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Self-Driven & Organized – Able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Already Licensed or Willing to Obtain – We provide licensing assistance, including a temporary license option for Georgia residents and a scholarship program for out-of-state candidates.

This is a 1099 captive agent position with American Income Life, meaning you’ll exclusively offer AIL products, rather than policies from multiple insurers.
