The Henrie Agency with Symmetry Financial Group, a remote agency dedicated to the growth and success of our new team members, help you build a business with true ownership, time freedom, and financial legacy in a recession-proof industry. Our agency consists of motivated, successful men and women (PT or FT), from all over the country and from all different backgrounds!OUR MAIN FOCUS:Help families protect their financial futures with life insurance and wealth products. Meaningful, high-ticket sales!

• We have a value-based, warm lead system! (You are not required to buy Symmetry leads) In other words, we ONLY call people who have requested life insurance options. NO COLD CALLING NECESSARY. You can also help your family and friends set up their life insurance.

• We are a non-captive agency. We are contracted with and sell products from 60+ top-rated insurance carriers like Mutual of Omaha, Americo, Gerber Life, and many more! This allows us to find the best prices and coverage for our clients.

• We primarily write simplified-issued / instant-decision products (no para-med exam required). The average application takes only 15 minutes and commission payments can be as quick as 24 hours! (agency avg. per policy = $1,000)

BUILDING + AGENCY OWNERSHIP (Optional):You CAN build and own your own agency (it is not required).

• There is also no cost! Build residual income, by helping others plug into our systems and become successful life insurance agents, and change their lives as well. WIN-WIN!

• You’ll have TRUE OWNERSHIP of your agency (you can even pass it down to your family for a legacy of income).

✅ DAY IN THE LIFE (Thorough training and guidance is provided at every step):1. Obtaining exclusive, warm leads from Symmetry’s value-based lead program (OR source clients through warm market / other preferred lead sources).2. Contacting those leads to gather information.3. Select products from our 60+ carriers that best fit the clients’ needs.4. Helping those clients apply for their desired life insurance policies. If they get declined, no problem, transition to another carrier! If they’re approved, their coverage can start immediately and we get paid in as quick as 24 hours!5. Find and help other like-minded individuals become successful life insurance agents! (optional)6. Great communicators, positive, energetic people looking for remote flexibility.

REQUIREMENTS:

• This is a 1099 / 100% commission based position! (uncapped)

• *MUST be a US Citizen & at least 18 Years of Age*
