Reports Specialist – Fulfillment

Position Summary

The Reports Manager Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Fulfillment Department by providing accurate and timely reporting. This position will be responsible for creating scorecards, managing data, and generating reports to support decision-making. Our client is an enterprise car parts e-commerce company.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • 5+ Years of experience in fulfillment analytics
  • Scorecard Creation: Develop and maintain Fulfillment SPP Scorecards to track key performance indicators.
  • MCR Management: Update MCR receiving statuses for all inbound shipments and audit MCRs prior to release.
  • Reporting: Create and manage various reports as needed to support the Fulfillment Department.
  • Data Management: Generate weekly and monthly Fulfillment Actuals files.
  • Issue Tracking: Create Zendesk tickets for SKU inspection.
  • Other Tasks: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:
    • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
    • Experience with reports management tools and systems
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

  • Flexible: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-12:00 AM or 4:00 PM-1:00 AM EST.
  • Preference: Maintain coverage at 4:00 PM during Daylight Savings Time in EST.
