Research Manager

Remote – Candidates must be located in CT, NJ, NY or PA

What You Will Do

• Lead and execute all phases of pharmaceutical quantitative and qualitative market research projects.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and manage research plans that align with their objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Be hands-on in all stages of the research process, including project design, data collection, analysis, initial insights, report writing, and client presentations.
• Apply a strong understanding of various research methodologies, including generative and exploratory research, positioning testing, creative testing, brand perception surveys, and segmentation studies.

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare market research.
• Hands-on experience managing quantitative and qualitative research projects from start to finish.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Skilled in developing surveys and discussion guides that align with research objectives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in a market research agency or consultancy is required.
