You’ll join us as a Resourcing Partner where you’ll play a crucial role in our team, focusing on recruiting clinical hires across our stores. You’ll source and secure top talent in the clinical field, including Optometrists, Dispensing Opticians & Contact Lens Opticians, making a significant impact to our business.

You’ll utilise your proactive recruitment skills to identify and attract talent in a hard-to-fill industry. Collaborate closely with store partners & managers to understand their hiring needs, influence decision making and be able to employ innovative sourcing methods; thinking outside the box to identify and engage potential candidates. Most importantly, you’ll deliver exceptional service to our stores, exceeding expectations and ensuring an efficient and positive recruitment journey for all involved.

You’ll need previous experience in recruitment, ideally working within the optics or clinical sector, with proven success in filling positions. While traditional recruitment methods have their place, your inventive thinking beyond conventional boundaries to discover hidden talent and leaving no stone unturned. You’ll be representing our employer brand, ensuring a positive stakeholder and candidate experience.

Excellent stakeholder management skills are key to build strong lasting relationships with our stores. Strong communication, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
