As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will qualify leads, identify sales opportunities, and leverage exploratory conversations to pitch the value of our software. You will book product demos for Account Executives and help them close deals through detailed discovery calls.

This role will be focused on sales development for ServieTitan’s Convex Product – the best-in-class pipeline generation platform for commercial sales and marketing teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Display expert knowledge of the product & messaging
- Build a strong pipeline of customers by qualifying potential leads in your territory
- Develop creative ways to engage and build rapport with prospective customers by pitching the ServiceTitan value proposition
- Partner with Account Executives to successfully book product demos
- Set yourself up for a successful long-term tech sales career by mastering the fundamentals and piloting new outreach strategies
What You’ll Bring:
- 6-12 months of prior SDR experience
- Consistent quota attainment and over-achievement
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to conduct high-volume phone and email outreach

Your Journey to Success:
Month 1:
- Complete Service Titan orientation and Convex SDR onboarding.
- You will learn the basics of the Convex SDR function and do a deep dive into the industry, talk tracks, email writing, account research, customer persona, and ICP
- Meet the amazing SDR team and other cross-functional partners and stakeholders
- Begin mock qualifying prospects and handling discovery calls
- Learn how to build and maintain a sales pipeline while skillfully handling common objections and reinforcing our value proposition
- Full quota coverage in month 1
Month 2 and 3:
- Continue Ramp with 50% of full quota during month 2
- Be fully ramped and hit or exceed quota in month 3
- Develop collaborative partnerships with other Titans to achieve goals
- Attend weekly 1:1’s with your manager to continue developing your career
Months 4-12:
- Continually hit and exceed quota
- Mentor and support incoming SDRs
- Align on career development opportunities within the organization
- Continue to build a strong foundation in our product and the ecosystem around Convex
- Become a “sales master” of qualification, relationship building, and communication skills
