We are looking for an ambitious individual who is responsible for overseeing and leading a team of sales representative to meet and exceed targets. Your primary role is to develop sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that the team is motivated and equipped to achieve the company’s goals.Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership – manage, motivate and support the sales team to achieve their individual and team targets. Provide regular coaching and training if needed.
- Customer Relationship Management – build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Address their needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaboration and Communication – Ensure smooth communication between departments to support customer needs and optimize the sales process.
- Sales Strategy Development – Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales with at least 1 year is a plus but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Ability to work from home
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
- Proficient in zoom
- Must be a resident in Canada
