We are currently building our global team and hiring for a remote Sales Representative with experience of B2C SaaS. You will be responsible for selling Vudini’s products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, trainings, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support. We’re looking for energetic sales professionals with experience selling technology-based solutions, and who will not be afraid of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities;
  • Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate services;
  • Follow-up on and manage qualified leads through various channels in a timely fashion.
  • Effectively lead prospects through a defined sales process;
  • Lead one-on-one screen-sharing presentations/demos as required;
  • Work with management on pricing negotiations;
  • Identify potential influencer partnerships to deliver sales strategy and enhanced Vudini brand awareness;
  • Meet and exceed agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments to collaboratively grow the business;
  • Track prospect progression to close in CRM and report to the Leadership on sales results;
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers;
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
  • Perform best practices audit, keyword profiling, channel and analytics review for semi-pro customers in a specific market;
  • Understand all the semi-pro customer needs, problems or wants and expedite the resolution;
  • Do live webinars and Q&As for semi-pro customers;
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends;
  • Continuously improve through feedback;
  • Learn and be curious about details on YT trends and best practices, our products and services;
  • Attend Youtube video content creator events and fairs;
  • Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management;

What you’ll be bringing to the team:

  • 2+ years of sales experience with SaaS, preferably in a solution-sales / technology-related environment;
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills;
  • Highly self-motivated, with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas, and ability to work well under pressure;
  • Experience as a YouTube Content Creator;
  • Experience with and solid understanding of quoting, invoicing, and purchasing;
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships, and excellent customer service skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Flexible schedule.

Even better if you have, but not necessary:

  • Experience with Hubspot CRM;
  • Marketing solutions experience;
  • Understanding of marketing principles;
  • SEO, Programmatic Display, or Pay Per Click.
