Key roles and responsibilities include:
- Perform testing on features and functionalities in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Work closely with cross functional teams including business analysts and developers to validate the business requirements through functional, system integration, regression and UAT testing
- Collaborate effectively with the Product owners, Business Analysts, development teams, stakeholders to understand system architecture of the product and design for effective test planning.
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, test data, and test scripts including development of documentation, prioritization and estimates of work effort.
- Identify bugs quickly and communicate them clearly and accurately to dev teams
- Investigate blockers and report them in a timely manner for quick resolution
- Utilize JIRA for defect tracking, ensuring accurate documentation and communication of issues.
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes. Create and maintain documentation related to new features and enhancements on Salesforce platform.
Basic Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on experience with testing applications on Salesforce platform
- Experience in creating, executing and debugging automated test scripts using java based automation framework
- Experience in test methodologies including automation, functional, qualitative, and performance against iterative development
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Salesforce, SQL, Selenium, Java
