Experience & Skills:Description:Mission: Secure Email Cyber Defense Project Management Servive Our vision of information security is to protect our stakeholders by securing our informa-tion resources, managing our cyber risks and enabling effective and efficient business stra-tegies that are fully sponsored by executives and supported by all client employees . As part of its strategy, Cyberdefense need to reinforce the team with a Project management service on Antivirus use cases protection. The PM service will implement new release inside Cyberdefense, in order to answer to some security scenarios. The deployment will be carried out in different client entities, and will cover all types of secure email, phishing, DLP…• 2/Services: The service will interface with the products expert manager to review the current feature and migrate the curent infrastructure to a new one. With the help of the datacenter team ans the messaging team, the service will organize the setup of the new infrastructure and the migration of entities. The service will also do the proposal for entities to get new featu-res, sign the contract and deploy new features with the Product owner. o Service for Project committee, Steering committee, sponsor committee, market reporting o Service for Gating process documentation Processes, TOM and RACI o Service to Define and Monitor budget and KPI 3/Deliverables: All deliverables must be provided and presented in English environment : • Project deck, templates and processes • User guides • Projects planning – Project status report – Risk, issues, actions, decisions logs – Meeting minutes 4/Expertise English environment – Mandatory Service with expertise in Project management Service with expertise in Clear deck, presentation Service with expertise in Budget/costService with expertise in interfacing with Multiple teams environment in different countries Service with expertise in IT and Security on Data leakage
