Coinbase is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. In this role, you’ll support our global compensation programs by providing analysis, insights, and modeling to enhance plan design.
We’re seeking someone analytical, detail-oriented, with strong program management skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in improving our compensation processes and helping us scale effectively for the future.
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
- Perform quantitative analyses to assist Compensation Leadership with key projects
- Conduct benchmarking to develop job families and pay targets, supporting job architecture and business growth
- Contribute to the research, design, and administration of compensation programs
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices by conducting research
- Collaborate with Talent and People Operations teams to optimize processes
- Develop and maintain tools to enhance efficiency of programs
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
- 4+ years experience on Compensation teams
- Experience with job analysis, benchmarking, and market pricing. Experience with Radford and McLagan is a plus.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable insights
- Comfort working in a ultra fast paced environment
Nice to haves:
- Experience in global compensation practices and regulatory environments
- Ability to navigate complex compensation structures

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
Pay Range:
$148,835—$175,100 USD
