Senior Counsel, Litigation

About the Team

Zoom is looking for a Senior Counsel, Litigation to join our talented Legal team; we’re looking for a self-starter, problem solver, and strategic thinker. You will work cross-functionally to partner with various business units and teams within Legal to advance Zoom’s business objectives while balancing litigation risk.

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years combined experience in a law firm, in-house, or government attorney role

• Possess experience in complex commercial litigation is essential; familiarity with areas like class actions, competition, regulatory investigations, intellectual property, securities, or privacy

• Demonstrate experience providing practical, actionable advice that balances legal risk and business impact in a dynamic and fast-moving environment

• Drive to take ownership of projects and tasks, working independently to manage matters from start to finish

• Show practical, strategic, and results-oriented approach to problem solving while demonstrating a clear work ethic and sense of accountability, integrity, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Hold a JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in good standing

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$124,000.00

Maximum:

$271,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
