Job Duties:
Use extensive marketing knowledge and proven track record of success to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives. Drive core programs and effectively implement critical initiatives that boost pipeline and amplify Salesforce messaging. Act as a collaborative, trusted business partner and operate in a fast-paced environment while creating deliverables with an unwavering commitment to precision and high quality. Act as a bridge across the Marketing organization, connecting strategy through effective planning and establishing key processes and standards. Act as a trusted advisor to marketing leaders across the organization, ensuring clear lines of communication are consistently maintained. Provide leadership to the Marketing Functional Planning and Strategy team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and new ideas. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
