As part of the ACS team, the Senior Fusion CX Engineer is continually challenged and has an opportunity to contribute to the Oracle Cloud success every day, working closely with the development partners.
This role solves exciting technical challenges by defining, designing, deploying, and solving problems key Oracle Cloud services, platforms, and infrastructure, always thinking about reliability, scalability, resilience, security, and performance!
This engaging and visible technical leadership role will have the experience of an implementer, developer, the wits of a systems and business process whiz, and the courage of a spirited “closer”. All these qualities bundled up in an affable communicator to make our Oracle Cloud customers successful.
What You’ll Achieve
- Champion service reliability and prevention – Part of a team, whose mission is to improve the efficiency of adoption for Oracle SaaS and cloud-based business services, in partnership with our service partners.
- Service design and implementation – As the Oracle Cloud evolves; collaborate with different Lines of Business/organizations in defining and implementing improvements to service architecture, both current and future. You will also be designing and developing new tools and processes to make it easier and faster for the teams to support and deploy services on the cloud.
- Automation – Clear understanding of automation and orchestration principles, and eager to automate, wherever and whenever the possibility arises, while simultaneously eliminating technical debt. Automation must be part of your
ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:
The main role is comprised of full life-cycle of SaaS Application Implementation using the Implementation methodologies and consists of tasks not limited to Requirements Gathering, Functional Design, Technical Design, Configuration, UAT and user support.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelors, Masters or equivalent preferred. Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered.
5+ years relevant working experience
Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills:
Must have good understanding of the following Sales Cloud/Engagement Cloud with strong knowledge of .NET, PHP, JavaScript and web services integration with other CX applications.
Key Experience and Skills:
- Candidate must have implemented at least 3 full life-cycles of Oracle Fusion CX Suite of Applications
- Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes, and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios
- Technically Strong with Expert Skills in .NET, PHP, JavaScript and web services integration with other CX applications.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Strong Customer interactions and service orientation to understand customer’s critical situations and accordingly provide the response, and mobilize the organizational resources, while setting realistic expectations to customers.
- Strong operations management and innovation orientation so you can continually improve the processes, methods, tools, and utilities.
