Job Purpose

Zynga is hiring for a Senior HR Operations Generalist to join our People Operations team in London. Within this role you will provide support to our employees in the UK, Finland and Ireland.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing the entering of all new hires into Workday for the UK, Finland & Ireland. Perform weekly audits to ensure accuracy in data entry
  • Responsible for the timely data preparation for the monthly payroll process across the UK, Finland and Ireland
  • Providing support with benefits queries
  • Ensure all new hires are onboarded in a timely manner
  • Perform right to work checks for new hires
  • Managing the HR inbox
  • Proactively drive continuous improvement in HR processes, working closely with the HR Administrators and HR Analyst for all administration, process or systems support
  • Work with HR Operations Manager on various ad hoc projects

Required Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience working in Human Resources, within a Generalist, Business Partner or HR Operations role
  • Previous experience working with Workday
  • Payroll experience
  • Experience providing benefits support to employees
  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient IT skills, including:
  • Microsoft Office, including: Excel (vlookup), Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Google Workspace, including: Docs, Sheets and Slides
  • Able to create Workflows, Org Charts and presentations
