Position Summary:

Bentley Systems is currently looking for an individual with a strong background in marketing or communications for a Senior Manager, Content Marketing position to support our company’s position in the AEC and Infrastructure industries. Bentley has great stories to share, and we need a passionate storyteller to support our product and industry marketing, as well as provide support to executives building C-level presentations.

As the SR Manager, Content Marketing, you’ll own the marketing and messaging strategy for the Engineering Services sector. You’ll be the expert on ways to increase awareness, build stories that resonate with industry leaders, and work with our executive team to define and create public-facing presentations. You will be a critical part of our marketing organization and will spend your days talking and writing about our offerings, as well as our customer’s implementation of our products and technology.

Your Day to Day:

• Work with Bentley senior executives and Sr Director of Product & Industry Marketing to identify, create, and deliver concise customer stories, thought leadership content, and executive-level presentations.  
• Assist with development of other assets including videos, social media content, articles, and more.
• Work with executives to develop persuasive presentations that showcase our vision, technology, and market leadership to help win more business.  
• Monitor technology trends, competitor news, industry developments, and identify opportunities for stories or thought leadership.
• Articulate clear value propositions and benefits of our software solutions across target personas and markets.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of software marketing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to create and deliver concise, effective internal and external content.
• Experience in collaborating with key stakeholders across organizations and regions
• Strong marketing background and excels in strategy development and execution including business analysis, problem solving, executive communication, and consensus building.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced work environment with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience marketing to AEC industry is a plus.
• Strong writing and communications skills required.
• Strong B-to-B experience and skills
• Must have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work well under pressure in a team environment.
• This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week, home-based, US.
• Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements). The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions.
• No travel is required with this role.
