Job Duties:

Lead a team of Technical Account Managers (TAM) who engage with top tier customers, within the Signature Success business. Ensure the success of the Signature Success customers by leading, motivating, and developing a team of Technical Account Managers. Responsible for a portfolio of customers and ensure they are optimizing their use of the technology and achieving high value from their investment in Salesforce. Held accountable for adoption and retention metrics, as well as focus on driving prescriptive customer success motions across the TAM organization. Maintain a track record in leading through change, driving operational excellence, and developing a team of customer-facing professionals. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements:

(1) Experience in leading a team; (2) Integration Solution; (3) Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA); (4) Architecture for Middleware; (5) Enterprise Service Bus; (6) B2B Integration; (7) Cloud Integrations; (8) Java/ J2EE; and (9) Project Planning. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Salary: $183,600.00 – $290,500.00 per annum.
