We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Application Management Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The purpose of this role is Production Support where the candidate initially investigates a production bug, troubleshoots it by debugging the issue, and makes appropriate code changes and runs through the development life cycle. This candidate doesn’t do any Green development work. Only works on production issues. As this candidate requires to be hands-on to fix an issue, the role is kind of a Senior .Net developer with Azure experience but should also know the best practices and how to handle production issues.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Provide frontline support for application-related queries, demonstrating excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer-centric approach.
Proactively monitor and maintain the performance of critical applications to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues promptly.
Responsible for Incident management, change management and Problem management.
Responsible for all incidents, requests and changes for all client issues in Jira.
Involved in triaging workflow failures and root cause analysis in microservice architecture.
Responsible for API Management service triage and fixing issues.
Responsible for ITIL process and support documentation.
Responsible for APIs for Policy configuration and testing for inbound processing, Outbound processing and Backend.
Responsible for testing all API’s in APIM.
Responsible for Key Performance Indicators.
Creating and fixing issues in CI/CD pipelines.
Responsible for logic apps triage and fixing the issues.
Responsible for Function App log analysis using KQL.
Responsible for Service Bus triage.
Responsible for multi-tenants with different domains.
Responsible for Qlik CDC tasks Monitoring.
Responsible for Site Reliability notifications configuration, monitoring and support.
Performing ADF jobs monitoring and triaging workflow.
Responsible for different support group’s collaboration and expedite resolution process.
Excellent troubleshooting skills in microservice architecture.
Good Experience in App Service App Service troubleshooting.
Good Experience in Cognitive Search Services (Azure AI Services).
Good Experience in Data Ingestion process troubleshooting.
Good Experience in Event Hubs.
Good Experience provisioning new resources in Azure.
Must have strong hands-on development implementing REST APIs using .NET core 3.1 and 6.0/7.0/8.0, C#, Entity Core Framework.
Sound experience in analyzing and resolving development issues.
Should have very good Analytical Skills, and attention to detail.
Base salary: $106K
