We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a team focused on evaluating, designing, building and scaling our access control system. This Product Manager will be critical to unlocking the next phase of growth for Webflow on one of the fastest growing parts of our business.

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We’ve structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States  (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $158,000 – $218,000
      • Zone B: $149,000 – $205,000
      • Zone C: $139,000 – $192,000
    • Canada  (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
      • $180,000- $248,000

  • Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, Collaborate & Scale

As a Senior Product Manager, you will …

  • Advance the vision, strategy, and execution of Webflow’s access control capabilities, ensuring it scales to our largest and most strategic customers.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers and data scientists to execute on your roadmap and deliver impact.
  • Partner closely with other product and engineering teams to strategize and evangelize access control across the company.

About you

  • Have strong stakeholder management experience leading products that support multiple customer personas
  • Are a systems thinker and are able to zoom out and understand how a feature fits into the broader Webflow product and into the workflows and tech stacks of our customers
  • Understand website technologies and the tools teams use to build and optimize their sites
  • Know how to balance building for the long-term with delivering near-term wins for users
