We are seeking a data-driven and energetic Senior Product Manager to work on Hotel products across Amex GBT. You will be working with a diverse and global group of colleagues representing design, engineering, data science, marketing, account management and customer support. You will bring innovation, a strategic perspective, a passionate voice, and an ability to prioritize and complete a fast-paced set of product priorities, competitive pressures, and market opportunities. What You’ll Do: 

  • Envision business goals, opportunities and develop features and products
  • Use data and judgement to craft our strategy and define clear, prioritized roadmaps
  • Develop and evangelize an understanding of our business traveler struggles and aspirations
  • Lead the execution of products from inception through deployment
  • Rigorously complete experiments and measure outcomes
  • Motivator of change that can influence the broader organization and community of Amex GBT leaders
  • Anticipate delivery risks and handle trade-offs
  • Collaborative leader who builds a constructive working culture across Product, Technology and partner groups
  • Form relationships and make clear decisions with teams with varied strengths

What We’re Looking For:

  • Business oriented, analytical and problem-solving oriented approach
  • Strong quantitative skills to establish key metrics, set goals, and identify outliers and opportunities
  • Strong strategic perspective and ability to think through big-picture issues coupled with bias for action to get things done
  • Proven ability to drive focus on product priorities, and excellent communication skills to explain to colleagues why they are indeed the priorities
  • Strong customer awareness and empathy
  • Understanding of and experience with modern approaches to User Experience and Agile development
  • Ideally 10+ years of product management experience, with B2B and Travel industry experience a plus
