As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in advancing Zoom’s data governance platform. You will develop features that provide clear, relevant, and actionable recommendations and visibility, helping both internal and external customers understand how Zoom manages data.

Responsibilities

• Leading the strategy and execution of data privacy and governance features. Developing and maintain a clear roadmap for your area of responsibility. Effectively managing communications and expectations with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Leading end-to-end product development, from discovery to post-launch. Collaborating with engineering, design, legal, and other stakeholders to define requirements, set success metrics, and deliver key features.
• Performing relevant market research, product research, feature research, competitor research, and more.
• Collaborating with feature teams to ensure data is managed in a scalable and compliant manner.
• Partnering with engineering to drive the right technology to ensure performance and scalability of data governance services across the entire Zoom product suite.

What we’re looking for

• Have 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager for highly complex B2B SaaS based applications and services, ideally in CCaaS and/or UCaaS industry
• Have experience as a Product Manager with a focus on data privacy, governance or compliance such as SOC2, GDPR, CCPA, etc.
• Possess the ability to crystallize vague concepts into concise plans.
• Possess understanding that speed is everything but prioritizing the right thing is equally important.
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build meaningful relationships.
