Senior Product Marketing Manager
Based remotely in the United States and United Kingdom

Are you a strategic marketing leader who can message and position technology so that others can get excited too? HackerOne is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to drive strategic initiatives and collaborate on go-to-market and product strategies across the organization.

As a natural storyteller, you will excel in translating your deep product understanding into compelling positioning and content. Your impact will be felt across the entire customer lifecycle as you deliver targeted content, equip sales and customer success teams with compelling stories and talking points, and contribute to the evolution of our brand through impactful product launches

This position reports to our Vice President of Product Marketing and can be based anywhere within the United States or United Kingdom.

Your Journey at HackerOne

  • Product Launches: Lead successful product launches by owning the go-to-market strategy for new customer segments, including positioning, packaging, demand generation, internal enablement, etc.
  • Messaging: Craft and implement a compelling customer-centric narrative that defines our product, value proposition, and competitive differentiation
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Partner with cross-functional teams to research, plan and implement go-to-market tactics that increase demand, revenue, and retention
  • Enablement: Work collaboratively with Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver product and presentation training, convey competitive information, and drive customer acquisition and adoption goals
  • Market Intelligence: Understand and stay abreast of the customer and competitive landscape and industry news to best influence our marketing strategy

Who you are

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS is required, cybersecurity is a strong preference.
  • Experience with information/cyber security products is required but you recognize the community we’re building at HackerOne. We’re open, collaborative and view security as an enabler for organizations that should be openly assessed.
  • Your exceptional influencing skills are very effective with executives, individual contributors, and industry analysts.
  • You’re a driver and thrive on problem solving and collaborating cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, Sales, Services, Finance) to craft your POV with a bias towards action.
  • You are data-driven and analytical and use data to make informed decisions.
  • Direct experience working through pricing and monetization strategies.
  • Good understanding of public cloud platforms, including at least one of either: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Comfortable with creating and delivering presentations in a range of environments, from industry conferences to customer meetings to analyst briefings.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
