What we are looking for:Are you curious about optimizing web applications for seamless media export? Are you an expert in enhancing export features, particularly for images and videos? We are looking for a senior software engineer with a focus on the back end to play a vital role in improving and maintaining the export capabilities of our web application. You will collaborate closely with our product, design, and development teams to ensure these features are robust, efficient, scalable, and user-friendly. Above all, your work will directly impact the user experience and the overall functionality of our application.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and implement improvements to the existing image and video export functionalities: JPEG, PNG, WEBP, MP4, and GIF export
• Optimize the performance and quality of media exports to meet industry standards and user expectations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to multimedia export processes
• Configure and manage containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable and efficient media processing
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment and testing of multimedia export functionalities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in multimedia formats and technologies
• Ensure best practices in media handling.

• You have experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• You have a basic understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines
• You have experience with cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) for media processing
• You have proven experience in developing and maintaining multimedia export functionalities in web applications.
