As a Senior Software Engineer on our Email team, you will be building out mission critical email system and features. With autonomy and ownership, you will own new features throughout the product life cycle, leverage cloud-native architectures and leading-edge technologies to maintain and build value to the user experience.
What you will be doing:
- Designing and building React applications, reusable components and browser extensions.
- Proficient in TypeScript and appreciate the benefits provided by it
- Familiarity with .NET Core is a plus.
- Closely collaborating and pairing with team members.
- Staying on the leading edge of frontend development to keep Seismic’s products the most innovative in the industry.
- Participating in Seismic’s larger frontend community to help drive innovation throughout the company.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience with knowledge and passion about frontend development, especially React.
- Understand that ownership extends far beyond the frontend and are excited about optimizing throughout the stack.
- Becoming an expert for the team and helping drive technical decisions and providing feedback on proposals.
- Care deeply about reusability and build every component with an eye towards how someone else will use it.
- Focused on quality with experience in frontend unit testing.
- Experienced with agile and enjoy experimenting with process to get stuff done faster and more efficiently.
- Interested in exploring different areas of software engineering and technology; there’s lots of room to grow at Seismic!

Seismic’s annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant’s location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range.
This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic’s incentive plans in addition to base salary. The actual incentive amount will vary and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.

$103,900$179,300 USD
