Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack

Floma is the world’s first AI marketing agency. We are at the forefront of redefining marketing with AI, and are creating AI agents to plan, build, and manage all aspects of marketing campaigns. Our founders are ex-Google and ex-Apple executives and engineers. We’re well-funded by top Silicon Valley VCs and angel investors, and have notable large companies as design partners. We are hiring engineers who are excited to imagine, pioneer and build what human and AI agent collaboration should look like between an AI marketing agency and top enterprise marketing teams, including product and technical innovations that no one has done before. We are moving fast, solving urgent CxO challenges, and building new capabilities to ship a category-defining AI product. We are based in Silicon Valley and are currently in stealth mode.

Role:

• Scope, architect, build and ship critical product features and own large new areas within our product.

• Assist in planning the product roadmap, and prioritize the development in partnership with early customers and design partners.

• You will report directly to the CTO and co-founder as part of a small and agile team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor, Masters or PhD degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, a similar technical field of study (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology), or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong technical background, with 5+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer with a strong proficiency in React(or any other MVC frameworks).

• We are primarily a python shop. Strong working experience in Python is preferred. However, we will consider strong proficiency in Go, Java or NodeJS.

• Experience with consuming and designing RESTful APIs. Good knowledge of standard methodologies in API design.

• Strong proficiency in SQL or NoSQL databases.

• Basic experience with at least one cloud provider: AWS, GCP, … (along with experience working on build and deployment systems like docker, k8s, …)

• Strong knowledge in HTTP and WebSockets. Plus: If you have a good knowledge of HTTP/2 and/or gRPC.

• (Plus): Prior experience in building no-code (or) low-code website builders.

• (Plus): Prior experience in building large scale real-time collaboration and/or distributed systems.
