What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and determine position requirements.
  • Source candidates and build talent pools with highly technical and specialized skills for future and current hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain a network and pipeline of talent in a high quality / high volume / high demand environment. Ability to manage an average of 15-20 open requisitions simultaneously is a must.
  • Works to build a diverse pipeline, through networking, building relationships with diversity organizations in tech, educating hiring managers on unconscious bias, and establishing a process that encourages successful D&I outcomes.
  • Passionate in identifying and attracting innovative global talent.
  • Responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates and strategically think about filling roles for the year.
  • Participate in regular strategy meetings with hiring managers and HRBP’s, providing a consultative approach on talent.
  • Build and maintain proactive partnerships with all internal and external client groups in order to understand the business needs, staffing needs and issues, and offer solutions through creative and effective sourcing resources and tools.
  • Gather competitive intelligence, industry trends, and labor market conditions and create search strategies based on findings.

What We’ll Expect From You

  • 5+ years minimum of job related, talent sourcing/technical recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume, high business impact roles simultaneously.
  • Expert in networking and building relationships within the tech industry.
  • Experience recruiting top-talent in the cloud, infrastructure, enterprise software and/or technical services stacks.
  • Source potential candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Github), as well as old school sourcing methods.
  • Ability to craft targeted emails, successful subject lines and additional forms of outreach that produce a high response rate.
  • Strong sourcing research ability for unique skill sets.
  • Strong sense of company values, business savvy, tech stacks and ability to dig/partner with recruiters and hiring managers on roles sourcing for.
  • BA/BS in Human Resources Management or a relevant field is ideal.
  • Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse or similar) and Candidate Relationship Systems (CRM – Greenhouse), GSuite, and other relevant systems such as, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, Github Searching, etc.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Outstanding time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate or work independently in a remote environment.
  • Quick decision making abilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Pervasive knowledge of the market and sourcing techniques.

  • We reward our employees. The base salary range for this position is between $90,000-$120,000 based on relevant years of experience and skills. The salary range for this role is specific to candidates located within the U.S. and will vary for candidates outside the U.S.. Employees may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees including grants of equity upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
