Job Title: Sales and Service Technician / Service Engineer

Education Requirements:

• Preferably, but not limited to, professional training in electromechanics or similar, or a degree in biology, chemistry, or related engineering.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and technical service.
• Experience in sales to water-intensive industries, such as the paper, food, petrochemical, and other industries, will be highly valued.
• Sales experience and knowledge of paper manufacturing will also be valued.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

• We’re looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for customer service, a team player, and a drive to learn and develop in a technical environment.
• Communication and problem-solving skills will be valued personal characteristics.
• Knowledge of industrial production process analysis involving water use, especially in paper manufacturing, will be valued, but is not exclusive.
• Familiarity with safety and industrial work protocols will also be valued.
