Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual for a contractor role that combines the responsibilities of a Social Media Account Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing social media client accounts, overseeing project timelines and deliverables, managing team members’ work, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and bringing in new revenue. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of agency experience, demonstrating expertise in social media management, project management, and client account management.

This role will be working closely with Eisman Digital’s assigned Client Account Manager, Internal Creative Team, and Operations Lead.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Community Management (20%):

  • Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and publish compelling content across various social media platforms.
  • Design graphic elements to fit the client’s brand
  • Edit videos
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels.
  • Foster meaningful connections with the online community by engaging in conversations and building relationships.
  • Develop monthly analytic reports to show campaign progress and opportunities for improved strategy

Project Management (30%):

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Attend all client meetings and internal meetings
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate project updates and status reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Lead other delivery team members via organizing work and holding accountability to agreed upon deadlines.

Account Management & Client Success (50%):

  • Cultivate and maintain excellent client relations, ensuring client satisfaction and success.
  • Actively engage with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and evolving needs.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and work towards growing accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategies for generating additional revenue from existing clients.
  • Collaborate closely with Eisman Digital’s assigned Client Account Manager to align efforts and maximize client value.
  • Utilize a proactive approach in addressing client concerns and providing solutions.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients’ industries and market trends to offer valuable insights.
  • Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate the value proposition of Eisman Digital’s services.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop targeted strategies for client acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in an agency setting, preferably in a similar hybrid role.
  • Proven track record in managing social media communities, implementing strategies, and driving engagement.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong account management skills, with the ability to handle renewal conversations, upsales, and spot opportunities for continued or expanded work with the client even when not expressly asked.
  • Ability to conduct sales presentations and identify opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
  • Proficient in social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to be on 10-15 hours / week of client and internal calls from 10am ET – 9pm ET

Preferences:

  • Working experience with project management tools
  • Experience with sports social media
  • 30 hours / wk to start, with flexibility to grow into 40 hours / wk
  • Flexibility to work in various time zones, including Pacific Time and Eastern Time.
  • Ability during the weekday to hop onto quick turnaround client delivery with the team as needed
  • Ability to work weekends as needed
  • Video editing and/or graphic design experience
