Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Software Developer to join our dynamic, innovative, and diverse team. Responsibilities:
- Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality SaaS services on public cloud platforms to address real customer challenges.
- Code Quality: Craft clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to established coding standards.
- Testing Excellence: Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure software components’ reliability and quality.
- Issue Resolution: Quickly diagnose and resolve software defects and issues to maintain optimal software performance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and product management, to ensure seamless project execution and timely project delivery.
- Continuous Learning: Dedicate time to personal growth and continuous improvement, expanding your skill set and exploring areas of interest beyond your current tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Go, Java, Python, C++, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Basic knowledge of AWS services (EKS, S3, SQS, RDS, Lambda, etc.), or equivalent on other cloud providers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and overcome complex software development challenges.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling productive teamwork in a diverse environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies, with a demonstrated ability to quickly acquire new skills.
- Previous internship or work experience in software development is advantageous but not mandatory.
