Qualifications:
- A BS or MS degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in people management, with a proven track record in managing large-scale critical service.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, resource management, and performance optimization within a technology-driven environment.
- Exceptional decision-making abilities, with experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in recruiting, developing, and leading senior individual contributors (ICs) and building high-performing teams.
- Ability to make decisions that significantly impact the organization’s infrastructure, with potential implications for revenue and long-term operational success.
- Experience in Networking and Data Center Operations
- Experience in managing a large scale critical service in a Cloud computing
- Expertise in Distributed Systems, IoT, network monitoring and automation
Responsibilities
As a Director of software engineering organization, you will apply your extensive knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and envision future improvements to the architecture.
Qualifications
