As a Senior Admin Support, you will provide advanced administrative support and assistance to our global HR operations. You will report to the Director, HR Operations, and ensure data integrity, effective employee support, and efficient HR operations.
The key responsibilities of the role to be performed are detailed below together with other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Support the maintenance of data integrity by performing day-to-day system transactions relating to all HR business processes, ensuring that correction takes place whenever necessary.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks of HR data across multiple systems and platforms to identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies.
- Manage colleague queries via a central mailbox, and in line with SLA’s.
- Troubleshoot and escalate user issues (Employees, Managers, HR) and provide training and guidance on basic best practices and proper use of HR systems.
- Maintain and support a variety of reports for internal customers.
- Maintain and update documentation of standard processes and procedures.
- Support and lead local HR processes such as monitoring probationary periods, onboarding, offboarding, workplace assessments, benefits administration, payroll, tracking time and absence, and talent management.
- Maintain accurate employee records, electronically and physically where appropriate.
- Communicate and maintain absence reporting records in identified countries.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior HR administrators.
- Maintain and update knowledge of relevant employment legislation, applying knowledge where and when appropriate.
- Proactively review and improve HR processes and align globally where possible.
- Work closely with local HRBPs and payroll.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Human Resource experience.
- Good exposure of using Workday.
- Basic knowledge of key human resource functions including HR administration, benefits, payroll, and HR processes and policies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and collaborate with a variety of global internal customers simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Adept at working with and learning new technologies/systems, training others as appropriate.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage the various administrative tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of employment legislation and practices in multiple regions or countries.
- Second language.
