Title: Sr Program Manager

Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 9 months contract

We’re seeking a seasoned professional with a unique blend of business acumen, program management expertise, and leadership skills. • Bachelor’s degree required in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
• At least 5 years of professional experience within Business, IT, or an equivalent
• At least 3 years of portfolio, program management and/or project management leadership roles.
• Project management professional certification preferred (PMP)
• Proven experience delivering large complex programs across multiple teams
• Complex problem-solving and experience establishing processes that strengthen fact-based decision making
• Demonstrated expertise of developing consensus and influencing effective outcomes across diverse teams
• Experience working in a highly matrixed work environment
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Strong communication, team dynamics, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of building program plans and dashboards in Jira
• Proven experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies and working with both scrum and kanban teams

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Sr Program Manager, you will focus on the planning and delivery of a strategic initiative. You will partner with multiple leaders to create, manage, and track value delivery on assigned initiatives. You will lead and execute all aspects of program management, including scope, schedule, capacity, risks, and dependencies.

• Manage a complex program with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
• Develop and execute a detailed program plan, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communication
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, delivering status reporting to stakeholders
• Provide bi-weekly status reports to all stakeholders as well as present updates, risks, achievements to senior leadership monthly
