Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist


As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier professionals to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we build a high-performing sales team that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition

Source and identify qualified sales candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and professional networks.

Utilize creative and innovative sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates.

2. Candidate Screening and Assessment:

Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ sales skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.

Evaluate candidates’ motivation, aspirations, and potential for success in the sales role.

Administer assessments and other pre-employment tests as needed.

3. Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, both passive and active, to create a talent pool for current and future needs.

Represent the company to enhance the employer brand and attract top talent.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand the specific needs of the sales team and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.

5. Reporting

Provide regular updates on the recruitment process, including candidate status, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.



Proven experience as a Sales Recruiter or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully hiring high-performing sales professionals.

Strong understanding of sales roles, responsibilities, and industry trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to assess candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and motivation accurately.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
