A Lot About You

Yahoo is looking for a Strategic Solutions Manager adept at developing sales strategies for revenue growth, adjusting plans based on market trends, and executing GTM strategies for new products. The ideal candidate will excel in optimizing key accounts, cultivating client relationships, sharing industry insights, and providing stakeholder training sessions. This role requires a strategic thinker passionate about driving growth and fostering strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies for continuous revenue growth. Analyze markets and optimize sales processes using data-driven approaches.
  • Review and adjust strategies regularly based on market trends. Monitor market dynamics and stay agile to respond to changing conditions.
  • Plan and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new advertising products. Develop comprehensive plans for successful product launches and iterate based on performance metrics.
  • Evaluate competitor product offerings and develop corresponding solutions.  Analyze competitors to enhance market positioning and develop innovative solutions.
  • Assist in expanding and optimizing Yahoo’s key advertising account. Collaborate internally to maximize value for key accounts and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and resellers. Foster trust through personalized service and proactive communication to strengthen client loyalty.
  • Curate and share industry news, market analysis, and insights. Disseminate industry news and thought leadership content to inform decision-making internally and externally.
  • Provide regular training sessions to internal and external stakeholders on new strategies and product offerings. Develop engaging training programs, evaluate sessions for improvement, and drive stakeholder engagement.

Requirement:

  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience with thorough knowledge of online advertising;
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and attentive to details;
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize work tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment;
  • Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; sharp attention to detail;
  • Excellent MS Office skills and computer usage;
  • Excellent communication skills, good command of English, Chinese, and Mandarin;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
