  • Work with cross-functional teams to solidify, align, and implement ESG data requirements to ensure consistent ESG reporting.
  • Monitor regulations, disclosure trends in the industry, and applicable data risks to build a plan for managing new requirements on the horizon.
  • Participate in activities to support the preparation, review and assurance of external ESG reporting, and work with external auditors during audits of defined sustainability metrics.
  • Work with Internal Audit and other functions to facilitate internal monitoring and validation efforts.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, or other technical / science-based education.
  • 6+ years of professional corporate experience within ESG, SEC Reporting, Audit / Internal Controls, or similar functions. Background in services and/or real estate industry is preferred.

  • High degree of professional and personal standards, with unquestioned integrity and business ethics.
  • If not in a location with a corporate office, ability and willingness to travel, as needed, to company offices in order to support collaboration efforts.
