A Technical Project Manager implements and configures the sold solution according to the customer’s needs. They propose technical and/or organizational solutions to a customer.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day   

• Ensure that the software’s functionalities are well understood by the customers
• Carry out the configurations and technical integrations according to the customers’ needs
• Accompany the customer during the first days of use
• Understand and define the customer’s needs
• Support the different teams involved in the project
• Provide technical expertise on the projects
• Ensure a technological watch on their field of competence

What We’re Looking For

• Proven technical skills
• Knowledge of the company’s internal processes
• Knowledge of customer relationship management
• Knowledge of the business travel and/or expense report industry is a plus

What Technical Skills You Need to Have

Project Management

• HR, ERP and financial systems integration
• SSO
• Approval workflows for travel and expense
• Data transformation (ETL)
• Data synchronization to third parties (Travel Agencies, Banks, Card suppliers, GDS…)
• Leading workshops during the project phase

Security

• Ensuring PCI-DSS in the integration scope
• Ensuring data security for client transmissions

Managing service & feature requests from customers

• Feasibility, cost and timeline analysis
• Data synchronization evolutions
• Data integration evolutions

Internal projects

• Web applications
• Batch integration for support team
