We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to work closely with our Product and Engineering teams. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this is a critical role in release management, Agile execution, and cross-team coordination to ensure our platform continuously improves and delivers value to millions of users.

Who You Are

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for process optimization
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical projects
  • Expertise in release management, sprint planning, and Agile development
  • Skilled in tools like Jira, Git, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Advocate for Agile best practices while adapting to team needs
  • Strong communicator who fosters cross-functional collaboration
  • Proactive in identifying risks, blockers, and dependencies

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with engineering teams to prioritize and track development milestones
  • Oversee release management, ensuring smooth deployments and coordination of required artifacts
  • Manage Agile workflows, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
  • Identify and mitigate risks, scope creep, and dependencies
  • Ensure seamless cross-team communication between Engineering, Product, and QA
  • Use Jira, Git, and other PM tools to maintain visibility into project progress
  • Collaborate with QA to ensure comprehensive test plans and timely execution
  • Continuously refine processes to improve project delivery efficiency

Our headquarters are based in Boston. There will be times when travel to the Boston office is necessary for team meetings or training. Must be able to work east coast hours.
