Job Summary:We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will research, diagnose, and troubleshoot theissues in an accurate and timely manner. You will be responsible for working with different systems, software, and hardware and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriateinternal departments. Roles & Responsibilities:● Good in identifying Test Strategies, Test scenarios & writing Test cases● Responsible of Deployment strategies to AWS cloud● Managing the testing strategy & efforts required, execute test case and update the test resultin Jira● Troubleshoot software issues● Cloud-based Data warehouse, Data lake using AWS stack, Reporting using Qliksense, KibanaQualifications:● 2+ years of experience with Technical Support● Experience with AWS● Experience with Salesforce tool● Experience with visualization tool Qlik● Experience with Kibana● Experience with project management tool like Jira● Experience with Testing practices using manual or postman● Basic understanding of cyber securityCompetencies & Behavior:● Excellent oral and written skills in English● Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems● Ability to work across concurrent projects● Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written)● Ability to pay attention to detail and accurately follow procedure
