[Trailers] Middle/Senior Project Manager

Heroic (Room 8 Group) is looking for an Art Producer (Art Project Manager) to run outstanding art projects and bring to life the coolest productions in the gaming industry.

Main responsibilities:

• Communicate with project stakeholders (clients)
• Estimate projects and assign artists to the tasks
• Conduct project planning and delivery schedule 
• Cooperate with Finance and Legal Departments
• Moderate daily meetings with project team and keep track of team performance
• Look after project documentation and project budget
• Maintain risk management and deadline compliance 
• Manage client’s expectations 

What You Need for this Position

• Experience in project management: computer graphics, digital, trailer production, filming, software development projects
• Ability to work with formulas and reporting
• Knowledge of the principles of work in a task tracker (Jira, Asana, Redmine, Shotgun, Teamwork, Ftrack etc)
• Be result-oriented and ready for long-term cooperation
• Knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate)
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop / 3ds Max / Maya / After Effect (will be a plus)
• Experience in managing a team of designers, 2D and 3D artists in game dev or digital (will be a plus)
