Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Research Specialist is to conduct in-depth research using various sources to obtain information from public records. This position requires a strong ability to analyze and interpret information and data to provide accurate and timely results to support business objectives.
Qualifications:

  • College level or equivalent required. College graduate preferred;
  • 1+ years prior experience in an office setting, preferably in the BPO industry;
  • Exp. in Salesforce;
  • Able to navigate between multiple windows / browsers with ease, perform extensive internet research and type 45 WPM;
  • Working knowledge of G Suite and Microsoft Office products;
  • Data Analyst or other related jobs are welcome to apply;
  • Ability to sit at a desk and working on computer for periods of time;
  • Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately.

Requirements:

  • Remote | Philippine-wide
  • Full-time Graveyard Shift
  • 5 days a week, 2 days off, rdot when needed
  • Salary for this position will depend on the candidate’s level of qualifications and experience.
  • For permanent position.
  • Not presently employed by another company.

Responsibilities:

  • Sort and process data for an organization.
  • Perform a variety of administrative data tasks, including general data entry and data interpretation.
  • Conduct research and manage data.
  • Communicate results from the gathered data to the respective department or client.
  • Perform records searches via select databases and sites.
  • Follow policies, procedures, and assigned workflows set by department leadership.
  • Determine reportable records for the client by sorting through data.
  • Understand and apply guidelines in search criteria.
  • Analyze data appropriately, adhering to strictly regulated procedures and quality standards.
  • Learn and retain information to apply it in specific job situations.
  • Provide support in a team-based environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and/or applicants as needed.
  • Meet team productivity and accuracy standards.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as needed.
