What you’ll do:
- You will partner closely with hiring managers across the organization to identify, source and hire top talent across the company
- You will partner primarily with our product & design organizations
- You will design and own hiring strategies to engage with high caliber talent, both active and passive
- You will use data to evaluate the effectiveness of our searches and advise the business accordingly
- You will ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end
- You will ensure a high level of data integrity and regularly partner with HM’s to share data insights on how we can improve
- You’ll proactively drive recruiting process improvements that help us operate most efficiently and with candidates’ best interests in mind
You will be a match if:
- You have at least 5 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience in a consumer tech environment
- You believe in talent density – that each and every hire you bring in makes a company stronger and upleveled
- You treat every candidate with a white-glove experience because they’re an MVP
- You can source passive top talent no matter how hard the market
- You love recruiting candidates in terms of quality over quantity
