Position Summary

Taxwell is looking for a talented Graphic Designer who will be responsible for contributing to the brand design strategy and end-to-end execution of creative assets across all marketing channels with an emphasis on email and CRM. The Graphic Designer will help produce a high volume of creative assets in collaboration with the creative and marketing teams, agency partners and cross-functional teams throughout the organization.

Responsbilities

• Drive an overarching consumer-centric approach to digital design and creative, across all creative stages from strategy and planning through concepting and design to final production
• Collaborate with strategy team, copywriters, and email developers to create high-performing email designs that improve the customer experience and follow best practices.
• Produce a high-volume of digital design work, inclusive of animation, motion graphics and short-format video content to support digital, social and media channel needs
• Concept and apply digital-first creative initiatives based on strategic insights and analytics
• Apply conceptual thinking and creativity to complex design problems from conception to production
• Develop and maintain style standards on fonts, colors, and images across all design communications
• Proactively research and pursue ideas to better understand and communicate to customers and markets
• Ability to effectively communicate your thought process and design thinking when presenting your work to peers as well as those in leadership positions.
• Maintain an excellent knowledge of emerging trends in digital design, together with an understanding of leaders in design

Requirements 

• A compelling portfolio of work, showcasing experience. Please include a link to your online portfolio with your application.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, high volume output environment
• Must be proficient with job specific programs such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, After Effects, HTML 5 (Adobe Animate)
• Proven history of developing successful, user-centered CRM designs, specifically Email, delivering tangible business results
• Experienced in creating cohesive, multi-channel content experiences with a record of leading campaigns and brand experiences with measurable results
• Is well versed in current Social Platforms and how to best implement for engagement and optimization
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Must be a team player with the ability to work independently
• Has strong decision-making skills, positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Experience building brand identity systems and examples of how you have contributed to the evolution of a brand
• Track record of bringing structure to the design process in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment
• Creative problem-solving skills while approaching from a design-thinking perspective
• Awareness of trends, with the ability to interpret them into high performing, brand-consistent creative

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to driving results
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven organization
• Capable of proactively managing multiple projects at various stages of completion and quickly shifting priorities as needed
• Open and responsive to feedback, ability to process feedback and take action
